We are seeking a temporary Admin support on a temp basis for around 2 months (with the potential to go temp to perm). Full time, with the working pattern of Monday-Friday
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
* Provide administrative support to Coordinators within a busy team
* Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring emails are prioritised and actioned promptly
* Close down completed work orders and update internal systems accurately
* Conduct follow-up calls to customers and stakeholders to confirm job completion
* Assist with general administrative duties to support team operations
* Handle engineering queries and escalate where necessary
* Support coordinators with ad-hoc tasks and workload management
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Provide flexible support across the team
Experience required:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail
* Team player with a flexible approach
* Confident using email and internal systems
* Previous Admin experience is essential.
This role is in office only in Norwich, no remote or hybrid working available.
