System Emulation Engineer Location: Newbury, England or Edinburgh, Scotland
We are supporting an innovative technology company in their search for a talented System Emulation Engineer to join their growing hardware and software division. As a System Emulation Engineer, you will be involved in evaluating mixed-signal ASICs, prototyping on FPGA, and developing Proof-of-Concept systems. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with advanced hardware platforms, porting ASIC RTL code onto FPGA for pre-silicon testing, designing test benches, and contributing to system-level architecture validation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering.
Proven background in bench testing and debugging hardware, firmware, and software.
Familiarity with in-circuit emulators, bus interfaces, and hardware analysers.
Python scripting experience beneficial.
Experience in the semiconductor sector is preferred but not essential.
The position is offered on a full-time, on-site basis, with flexibility to be based either in Newbury or Edinburgh.
