A global healthcare communications agency is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its Client Services team.
This is a senior leadership role with primary accountability for client strategy, portfolio growth and commercial performance.
The Role
The Associate Director:
* Owns senior client relationships and acts as a trusted strategic partner
* Leads portfolio-level strategy and drives organic and new business growth
* Holds accountability for revenue, profitability and financial forecasting
* Provides clear strategic direction to cross-functional teams
* Leads proposal development and pitch processes
* Oversees delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes
* Manages and develops high-performing teams
Portfolio responsibility typically exceeds £4M in revenue.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven senior client-facing experience within medical or healthcare communications
* Previous promotional medical education experience
* Strong strategic capability and commercial acumen
* Demonstrated success driving portfolio growth (organic and new business)
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
* Confident presenter and pitch lead
* Strong financial and operational oversight experience
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Life sciences background (desirable)
