As the household becomes fully operational, you will transition into a full House Manager role — responsible for the smooth running of the residence and maintaining a yacht-level standard of service throughout.Requirements for the Role:
1. Experience in high-end private households (1–2 years preferred)
2. Strong background in yachting (essential)
3. Impeccable attention to detail and service mindset
4. Highly organised, discreet, and well-presented
5. Proven ability to manage, train and lead a small team
6. Ability to liaise with principals and external service providers with professionalism
