Role Responsibilities;
* Valid driving licence
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Good knowledge and understanding of general building duties
* Willingness to learn all aspects of general building
* General labouring duties, including heavy lifting
* Assisting tradesmen in everyday tasks
* Ability to work in different settings; customer-focused environments, domestic extensions, homeowners' properties
* Be confident in your physical abilities

The option to take on this roll on a self employed basis is also available, however the above benefits will differ. This can be discuss during the interviewing process.
