The role
* Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
* Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
* Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Supporting other members of the team
The ideal candidates
* (Role 1 )conveyancer 1-2year experience handling your own caseload
* ( Role 2) Conveyancer 2-4year or more experience running own caseload - must have excellent communicational skills and attention to detail
