What do we offer our Call Centre Agents? A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after 3 months and up to £45,000 as a senior. Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £80,000, however our top performers are earning in excess of £100,000 per annum.
