As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation. You'll support the personal development of your team, creating a culture of inclusion and growth for everyone.

Location: This role involves working in Ambient, Chilled, or Fruit & Veg Warehouse
Hours of work: Full Time, 37.5 Hours, working a 2-week rota, 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, 14:00 to 22:00
Salary: Starting from £36,400.00 annually. This role attracts a potential shift premium of 25% of the base rate, which is an additional earning of £9,100.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring Health and Safety and all legislative and operational procedures are adhered to.
* Keeping the operation running smoothly, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing these with your team.
* Leading and developing a high-performing team, acting as a role model for the Partnership.
* Ensuring all Partners are treated fairly and respectfully.
* Supporting wider teams within your site when required, including deputising for the Warehouse Shift Manager in their absence.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
* Experience working in a management role in a Distribution/Warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse management systems.
* Stock Management experience.
* A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
* Experience handling disciplinary procedures according to ACAS guidelines.
