We’re recruiting an experienced SeniorNurse Quality & Compliance Lead to join a dementia, nursing, mental health, respite specialist in Brighton. Key Responsibilities:
In this SeniorNurse Quality & Compliance Lead role, you’ll oversee quality standards and governance across the service in Brighton, including:
* Leading clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
* Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
* Managing quality assurance processes and monitoring compliance
* Investigating incidents and supporting risk management
* Supporting safeguarding processes and best practice
* Preparing services for inspections and supporting CQC compliance
* Promoting strong standards in medication management and infection control
What we’re looking for:
* A registered nurse with strong experience in governance or compliance roles such as Clinical Compliance Lead or Senior RGN.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and clinical governance
* Experience leading audits, inspections, or service improvement projects
* Experience supervising, mentoring, or training nursing teams
* Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing and data analysis skills
* Confident communication skills and the ability to challenge poor practice professionally
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
