Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a 1st Line Service Delivery Analyst, located in Poole with some work from home flexibility. The 1st Line Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for providing IT service delivery support, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring IT systems, performing routine maintenance, assisting with system updates, and collaborating with other IT team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in IT Service Delivery and Service Delivery skills Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and support tools Relevant certifications such as ITIL are a plus Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
