Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a memorable experience.
* Drive and exceed sales targets by using in‑store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add‑on sales.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well‑stocked, and displays organised according to brand guidelines.
* Support overall store operations by assisting in other departments as needed and representing the company professionally while adhering to safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
* Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales opportunities and maintain stock levels on the shop floor.
* Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner and work closely with team members to achieve store targets.
Role objectives and KPIs
* Achieve or exceed the store’s monthly sales target.
* Drive additional KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, and UPT.
* Reach upselling or cross‑selling targets.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
Skills and Experience
A positive attitude towards a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment; enthusiasm to view challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth; confident interpersonal and communication skills; flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
