* Providing input into R&D and innovation strategy
We’re looking for a highly credible expert with experience in large-scale organisations who can translate that into a fast-growing environment.
You will ideally bring:
* Deep technical expertise in fermentation science
* Experience within large, complex manufacturing businesses
* Strong background in yeast, bacteria and culture banking
* Proven experience in scale-up and industrialisation
* Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on level
Why This Opportunity?
* This is a flexible, high-impact advisory role offering:

* Opportunity to support a unique fermentation platform at scale
* Flexible commitment (circa 4 days per month)
* Exposure to cutting-edge fermentation innovation
