Lancashire County Council is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Business Application Technical Officer to join our Digital User Experience Service within the Resources Directorate.

About The Role
Build, support, maintain key business automations and workflows on the council's Low Code and RPA platforms
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, customer-focused solutions
Assist with updates, configuration, testing, and upgrades
Work closely with application owners and digital teams
Contribute to innovation and the adoption of new technologies
Who We're Looking For

Technical understanding of business application support, ideally low code and automation platforms.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
An analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Experience working within IT service standards (e.g., ITIL)
