Graduate Teaching Assistant – Ideal Route into Teacher Training
Are you a graduate considering a career in teaching and looking to gain valuable classroom experience first? We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools, supporting pupils while gaining experience as a Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant before committing to teacher training.
The successful candidate will support learning across a range of subjects, assist class teachers, and supervise lessons using pre-set work when required. This is a fantastic chance to build confidence, develop classroom skills, and decide if teaching is the right long-term path for you.
This role would suit graduates from any degree background who are passionate about working with young people.
