The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
* Have an extensive background in Supply Chain as a subject matter expert, preferably in complex demand and channel operations, with an excellent understanding of Supply Chain process, practises, techniques, skills and capabilities
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business management or any related field
* Excellent engagement, communication and presentation skills to handle performance and change with key internal team members and external suppliers
* Shown success in mobilising supply chain change and process improvements
* Able to deal with complex requirements, and take a data driven approach to problem solving and decision making and solution design
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
* Prince 2 and MSP certification preferred
* Proactive ‘can do’ attitude with strong hands-on approach
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic
* Confirmed project management experience in practice and using methodologies with a focus on large-scale supply chain transformation
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience in associated field preferred
