As a key member of the firm's leadership team, sitting on both the Partnership Board and Executive Committee, the COO will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to manage and support the continued growth and success of this ambitious, Top 50 UK law firm.
The COO is responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day operational functions, leading the Finance, Facilities/Operations, Risk & Compliance, Change Management, IT, and Data teams to ensure efficient service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and support the firm's strategic goals and leading position in the UK legal market.
The successful candidate will be degree educated or equivalent. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be advantageous. You will have extensive experience in a senior operational role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Naturally, you will have strong financial acumen with experience in managing financial operations.
