Job Title: Warranty Administrator Location: Leatherhead Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum Contract: 6-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent) Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Administrator to join our team in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the automotive industry, supporting a busy service and aftersales department. The role is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently to manufacturers. Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant with manufacturer guidelines. Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve any queries. Monitor claim progress and update records accordingly. Handle claim rejections, resubmissions, and any escalations in a timely manner. Support the wider service department with administration tasks as required.Requirements: Previous experience in a warranty or service administration role within the automotive industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Good communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and manufacturers. Proficient in MS Office and dealership management systems (experience with Kerridge/Autoline an advantage). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.What’s on Offer: Salary up to £25,000 per annum. 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday (no weekends).
