Job Overview:
The successful candidate will manage musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient caseloads, providing tailored, evidence-based occupational therapy treatment to improve patient recovery and foster independence through self-management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with MSK conditions.
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide education on self-management strategies to support long-term health.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NHS standards.
Requirements:
HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice capabilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
