Early Years Practitioner/Educator Greenways Primary Academy The Executive Headteacher and leadership team at Greenways Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an effective and experienced Early Years Practitioner/Educator to work in our Nursery setting from 1st September 2026 for 33 hours a week on a temporary basis for 12 months until 31st August 2027 to cover a maternity leave. The workshift pattern will be 8.30am-3.25pm (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri) and 8.30am - 4.25pm (Weds). The successful candidate must have an accredited Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above and have at least a Grade C in GCSE maths and English. In EYFS we pride ourselves on our nurturing approach and positive pupil and parental relationships which we believe are fundamental to ensuring all children are happy and feel safe to learn. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, proactive and committed to ensuring all children have a positive early years experience which sets them up for the future. The role will involve contributing to the planning and preparation of the classroom daily and actively seek ways to enhance provision and support children’s needs.
