The successful candidate will be a solicitor, barrister or fellow legal executive with a minimum of 2-year pqe, and will be able to provide accurate, practical and timely legal advice with minimum supervision. The main duties will be: providing mainly property legal advice in relation to acquisitions, disposals, leases, leasehold management documentation, and advising officers, members and Directors. You will be primarily working from home or our offices in Ellesmere Port and we offer flexi time. We provide training to support continuing professional development.
