About the Role
You will join a busy and collaborative disputes team handling a high-quality caseload of complex corporate and commercial litigation matters.
Responsibilities
* Breach of contract claims
* Tortious disputes
* Civil injunctions
* Recovery of corporate assets
* Fraud investigations
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
The caseload is varied, high value and often strategically critical to clients. You will play an active role in managing matters from inception through to resolution, including trial preparation where appropriate. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
Applications are welcomed from Associates and Senior Associates with solid experience in corporate and commercial disputes.
