Platypus Shoes is a part of the Accent Group which is Australia and New Zealand's largest footwear group with over 900+ stores, 34 brands and 30+ online platforms including; Glue Store, Platypus, Skechers, Hype DC, Vans, Dr. Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, Timberland, Stylerunner, Hoka, UGG, Saucony, Sports Direct & Nude Lucy!
Responsibilities
* Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
* Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals
* Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
* Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
* Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
* Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
Qualifications
* Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year\'s Eve and New Year\'s Day
* Retail experience is great, but not a must
* Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
* Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
* Self-motivated and goal-driven
* Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
