About the role: We are seeking an Apprentice Planning Administrator to support our Streetworks co-ordinator providing administrative support and assist with planning of our sub-programmes. Location: Bowburn What we will expect from you: Manage and coordinate work schedules using information from multiple sources to ensure efficient planning and delivery of works Proactively liaise with operational teams across the framework to gather progress updates and maintain accurate records Produce reports on completed and outstanding works Work closely with the Streetworks Co-Ordinator to develop knowledge of the role and provide support and holiday cover when required Liaise with clients and local authorities, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times Update internal and client IT systems, including uploading CCTV footage and maintaining systems such as CC&B and Maximo Support the wider team during periods of absence or operational incidents Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure a high standard of customer care is delivered Provide customers with updates on planned entry dates and effectively manage expectations Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders The Group is committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and the post holder will be expected to contribute to maintaining standards to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities To recognise the importance of fairness and equality in the workplace, to treat everyone with dignity and respect The successful candidate will be measured on: Accuracy of information Achieve deadlines Proactive approach with ownership It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSE’s 9 - 5 or equivalent including Maths & English Full valid UK driving licence desirable Attributes & Skills: Excellent time management skills Good planning and organisational skills Good analytical / logic skills Thorough with an attention to detail Able to work on own initiative when required Good communication skills Professional behaviour at all times
