We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team. The successful candidate will handle routine administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of office operations and supporting project activities.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.98 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
* Respond to basic enquiries and redirect them as appropriate
* Handle straightforward correspondence and create documents for others
* Organise parcels to be packed and delivered in a timely manner
* Support research administrators by maintaining monitoring documents
* Oversee administrative processes for specific projects
* Update databases and assist in maintaining accurate records

* Experience preparing and formatting documents accurately
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently
