The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading agency conversations, uncovering opportunities, pitching bold ideas, and delivering compelling audio-led solutions. Working closely with internal strategists and senior commercial leads, they’ll shape best-in-class responses to briefs and proactively generate business across display and creative.
Key Focus Areas:
* Driving share of airtime and growing creative revenues across agency accounts
* Proactively building and retaining business with innovative, insight-led ideas
* Championing audio and its value to brands through inspiration sessions, immersions and agency education
* Leading standout pitch responses to creative briefs in collaboration with strategy and content teams
* Strengthening relationships across AV and Partnership teams to keep audio front-of-mind
Ideal Profile:
* Proven experience working with major media agencies, especially within AV and partnerships
* Strong knowledge of audio and the broader media mix (broadcast, digital, etc.)
* Track record of closing high-value sponsorships and partnerships
* Strategic thinker with a consultative sales style and great brief interrogation skills
* Collaborative, credible and confident engaging senior stakeholders
* Energetic, passionate, and commercially focused
