Regional Maintenance Manager
We are looking for our next Regional Maintenance Manager to join our wider Property team. This role is the focal point for the maintenance service from Bellrock within the PizzaExpress operational regions. You will coordinate all maintenance activity across PizzaExpress restaurant estate and ensure that we maintain compliance and communication with internal and external teams.
What you’ll be doing:
* Monitor and evaluate Maintenance activity in the Bellrock Concerto system.
* Maintain and update the Maintenance capital investment plan for key assets such as Pizza Ovens, refrigeration, and essential HVAC equipment.
* Send weekly communication to all stakeholders to update on Maintenance Activity and ensure all elements are being delivered according to the Pizza Express contract KPIs and SLAs.
* Spend time restaurants to understand how the Maintenance process works.
* Attend Bellrock weekly/periodic reviews to ensure that Contract KPIs and SLAs are on track.
* Develop strong relationships with people in key areas of the business, internally and externally, to ensure a high performing Maintenance service.
* Ensure restaurant GMs, TMs and OD are kept informed and aware of business-critical Maintenance Tasks and manage expectations in terms of timescales, contingency plans.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
* Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying or similar or any equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrable experience of successful maintenance management within a multi-site business.
* Well organised and has proven results of contract management.
* Solid stakeholder management skills – ability to influence.
* Flexibility and ability to travel for role – across UK and Ireland.
* Initiative-taking and able to plan and prioritise workload.
