Offer description

We are a dedicated team of hardworking professionals at EasyFence, valuing honesty, efficiency, and delivering practical fencing solutions in a fast-paced but supportive environment. With a strong customer focus and a reputation for reliability, we proudly support WA’s livestock and farming industries.

We’re looking for someone who is humble, self-motivated, and cares about our results. Someone who takes initiative and genuinely loves connecting people through marketing that feels real.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

* Make an Impact: Join a business with an established tone of voice and an engaged customer base, giving your work immediate traction and visibility.
* No Red Tape: Collaborate directly with the Operations Manager, test ideas, tweak campaigns, and implement strategies.
* Stay Ahead: We encourage learning and experimentation with emerging digital marketing tools and trends to keep our approach fresh and effective.
* Real Autonomy: You’ll have the freedom to lead campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution, in a hands-on, results-driven environment.
* Customer-Centric Focus: Your insights will shape campaigns that genuinely connect with WA’s farming community - a loyal, practical audience who values authenticity.

What You'll Be Doing

* Digital Strategy: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns and events across different platforms, aligned with business goals (lead generation and product promotions).
* Social Media: Coordinating and implementing our content calendar (Trello & Canva).
* Email Marketing: Build and schedule campaigns via Mailchimp, segment lists, run automations, and monitor engagement.
* Website: Updating and maintaining our website content (Wordpress) and helping track engagement and performance metrics to learn what works.
* Paid Advertising: Manage end-to-end Meta and Google ad campaigns, including copywriting, targeting, testing, and performance reporting.
* SEO: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search visibility.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on web traffic, ad performance, funnels, email campaigns, and other metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific tools.

You're Probably a Match If You…

* Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer service, content creation, and digital marketing with a strong grasp of full-funnel strategy and optimization.
* Are proficient with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
* Know how to interpret and act on data - you don't just report metrics, you use them to inform strategy.
* Understand funnel logic, lead magnets, customer journeys, and warm-up sequences.
* Have strong instincts for short-form content and conversion copy that feels human and compelling.
* Have advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4 migration experience).
* Have permanent work rights in Australia.

To apply, please submit your CV or summary of experience, including references, a cover letter outlining why you're interested in this role, and a portfolio or examples of campaigns/accounts you've worked on.
