It's important to note that we recruit with a person-centred approach, meaning successful candidates will primarily work on one specific package only (either Package 1 or Package 2) based in a single location. However, there may be occasional opportunities to work across other packages within the area.
Shift Pattern Overview
We provide 24-hour, around-the-clock care. The shifts for each package are detailed below and will include a mix of days, waking nights, and alternate weekends, depending on the package.
We offer the below contract options:
* Full-time – 37.5 -hour contract
* Part-time – 20-hour contract
* Bank – 0-hour contract
Shift Pattern
* School Term Days only: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM Cont 3:00PM - 10:00PM
* School Holiday / Break : 7:00AM - 10:00PM
* Shifts include alternate weekends.
Each weekly schedule will be comprised of Day and Night Work

What We're Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience. Knowledge of complex care is an advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential, as you'll be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our clients' quality of life.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* A passion for care and a friendly nature
* Flexible availability
* Ability to work days only and or nights only, and alternate weekends
* Autism Training / experience
* A current DBS (paper or update service preferred)
* A driving licence with access to a vehicle (preferred)
