We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Rajinda Pradesh team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high‑quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

* Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
* Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your Working Hours
* Longleat Forest is open Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30pm to 10pm
* Part‑time contract, with shifts falling between 3pm and 11pm
* Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 58 hours over a 4‑week period; additional hours may be required according to operational needs
* Role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
