Hours: Monday to Friday, Double Day Shift (6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm, alternating weekly)

What You Will Be Doing
Running and Adjusting Production MachineryYou will operate and monitor designated machines, ensuring they run smoothly throughout your shift. This includes basic adjustments, start‑up checks and escalating any mechanical issues to the appropriate team.
Working to Defined ProcessesYou will follow written procedures, operational instructions and production guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy. Maintaining the correct machine settings and workflow is key to delivering high‑quality results.
Maintaining Quality StandardsYou will inspect products during production, identify defects, complete quality records and ensure that each batch meets the required specifications.
Promoting a Safe Working EnvironmentYou will work safely, follow all site protocols and keep your work area clean and organised. Upholding health and safety standards is an essential part of this role.
Supporting Operational TargetsYou will play an active role in meeting daily and weekly production goals. Your reliability, focus and attention to detail will support the wider team's performance.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
A practical and quality‑driven approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow set processes.
The capability to work independently once trained, as well as contribute positively within a team environment.
Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when reporting issues or following instructions.
Previous experience working with industrial machinery is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
