Funding Assistant (Fixed Term)
Grade E (£27,246 - £28,608 p.a. pro rata)

About the Role
NTU Finance are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunityfor the role of Funding Assistant. Working within our Finance Team, you will provide specialist front-line advice and guidance to students, staff and stakeholders of the University.
The role will predominantly be ensuring the integrity of fee and student data, ensuring student financial accounts are correct, processing Student Loan Company receipts, raising invoices and credit notes and supporting students with queries about their student loan finance.
You will have ideally have a good knowledge of computerised accounting systems, experience of raising invoices and processing cash receipts on Sales Ledger systems, an awareness of Sales ledger function and procedures and experience of providing excellent customer service.
