As a Housekeeper at Broughton Sanctuary, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our accommodation, communal areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. You will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, whether they are visiting for relaxation, retreats, or special events. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, and communal areas to a high standard. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room supplies as required. Ensure cleanliness in all public areas, including lounges, dining areas, and wellness spaces. Conduct regular deep cleaning tasks as per the cleaning schedule. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team. Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines. Work efficiently as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional approach. Holiday cottage changeovers, including making beds, bathroom cleans, and kitchen cleans. Housekeeping in the Hall and conducting daily checks when occupied. Cleaning general communal areas across the Estate. Housekeeping in Avalon Wellbeing including pool suite, studio spaces and changing rooms Laundry duties. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping and hospitality. Driver with valid UK driving licence. Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A friendly and approachable attitude. Physical ability to carry out housekeeping duties, including lifting and bending.
