Paid social is at the centre of how we grow. This role exists to build the creative engine that drives that growth.
The role
Weâre hiring a Creative Strategist to own performance creative across Meta and TikTok. This is a handsâon performance role for someone obsessed with what makes people stop, click and convert. Youâll turn audience insight and performance data into powerful hooks, angles and campaigns. Youâll test fast, learn quickly, and scale what works. Youâll sit within the Acquisition team and work across both rippleâș and rippleâș home, driving growth through creative.

What youâll own
Performance creative strategy
* Own the creative strategy across Meta and TikTok (YouTube a bonus)
* Develop new hooks, angles and audience approaches that drive performance
* Turn customer insight into high-converting concepts
* Run a structured, high-velocity testing programme
* Analyse performance and translate it into clear creative direction
* Optimise creative to improve CAC, ROAS and scale
Concepting, scripting and production
This role is built around strong storytelling and sharp execution.
* Develop performance concepts rooted in audience insight
* Write hooks, scripts, headlines and direct-response copy
* Turn ideas into clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors and designers
* Take concepts from idea through to live ads
* Brief and manage in-house editors and designers
* Commission and manage UGC and creator content end to end
* Work closely with our Influencer Lead to source and brief creators
* Maintain a constant pipeline of new concepts and variations
What weâre looking for
* Experience creating high-performing paid social creative in a DTC or performance environment
* Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok performance creative
* Commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, ROAS and funnel metrics
* Excellent direct-response copywriting and scripting skills
* Experience running creative testing frameworks
* Comfortable analysing performance data and turning insight into action
* Experience briefing editors, designers and creators
* Handsâon, fastâmoving and comfortable in a high-growth environment
Nice to have
* Experience working with UGC or creator-led performance
* Experience in DTC or e-commerce
This is a fullâtime, inâoffice role based at our Camden Town HQ.
