We are looking for someone to join our IT Training team on a full-time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining e-learning content such as videos and courses, as well as delivering IT training solutions to new and existing staff across all our offices. You will join a team of 3 and report to the IT Training Team Leader.

Day to day, you’ll succeed by:
* Delivering IT induction training to new starters
* Planning and coordinating training programs
* Producing IT training materials, videos, and courses using tools like Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate, and Articulate Storyline 360
* Developing and maintaining the firm’s learning areas and LMS
* Managing the Team mailbox and promptly addressing queries
* Creating a consistent look and feel for all IT training materials
* Keeping training materials up to date and reviewing them regularly
* Providing additional training for new projects and staff development
* Gathering feedback to improve training services
* Participating in IT projects to optimize the firm’s IT investment
This role is suitable if you:
* Have a strong background in hands-on support or training with technologies, especially Microsoft 365 and legal applications
* Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Learn new software and technologies quickly
* Are willing to attend your nearest CW office at least once a week and travel occasionally to other offices
* Have an eye for detail and accuracy
* Possess excellent organization and time management skills
* Are self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines
* Have excellent verbal communication skills, both virtually and face-to-face
* Can contribute new ideas and feedback to the team
