Property Data Analyst

A place to drive change

Location: Bradford or Peterborough, Hybrid

Salary: £37,928 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

We’re on a journey of transformation. We’re finding new ways to achieve our purpose of providing families with affordable, sustainable and safe homes. We’re innovating for our customers and to create a thriving workspace that supports everyone.

We’re a team of passionate, dedicated people, working to drive change for the better. We’re building something special here and we want driven, creative people to join us.

If you’re looking for a career where you can be part of change, share your ideas and help us transform, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us and shape our future.

About the role

Are you passionate about turning data into decisions that make a real difference? We’re looking for an Asset Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of Accent’s property and asset management.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

* Use your analytical mindset and Excel expertise (pivot tables, advanced formulas – Power Query is a bonus!) to transform raw data into actionable insights.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer safety, fire safety, and planned maintenance programs are delivered effectively.
* Leverage data to support budgeting decisions, optimise asset performance, and contribute to better homes data for our customers.
* Play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe, sustainable, and aligned with our mission to provide exceptional customer outcomes.

This is more than just crunching numbers – it’s about using data to drive strategic decisions, improve customer experiences, and make a lasting impact on our communities.

If you’re ready to bring your skills to a role where data meets purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us build homes and futures that matter.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is ££37,928 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About you

* You’ll bring strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets, using advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas and XLookups) to present data clearly and consistently.
* You’ll have a solid understanding of GDPR and data protection, alongside experience with BI tools to support insight‑led decision making.
* Ability to interpret technical information
* Ideally, you’ll bring a broad understanding of key housing concepts such as Net Present Value, the HHSRS, and the Good Homes Standard, along with an interest in how these translate into better outcomes for residents.
* You’ll also be comfortable working with energy efficiency and sustainability metrics, helping us make informed decisions about the long‑term quality and performance of our homes.
* A relevant degree‑level background will support your ability to turn complex data and technical information into clear, meaningful insight that benefits our customers, our homes, and the organisation as a whole.
