The role
We’re often described as one of the best Product teams in London. That didn’t happen by accident; we’ve been deliberate about who we hire, how we hire, and creating a place where people do their best work.
This role is key to that. You’ll be our dedicated Engineering recruiter, owning the process end-to-end from finding great people to getting them over the line. Candidate experience matters to us, and you’ll be responsible for making it excellent at every stage.
We care about quality, not quantity. We want to find a small number of excellent people and are happy to do magic, creative, or expensive things to find them. That means working closely with our team to amplify their work, open doors, and do whatever it takes to get the right people talking to us.
This is a high-impact role. You’ll report directly to our CEO and work closely with our CTO and VP Engineering. The role is based in our London office. We’re in at least 3 days a week because we believe being together helps us learn and move faster.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles, from sourcing to close
* Work closely with our CTO, VP Engineering, and CEO to define what great looks like in every role
* Actively source exceptional engineers through a mix of outbound, referrals, and creative channels
* Track pipeline progress, flagging risks early, and keeping everyone in the loop
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first message to final offer
* Champion high hiring standards
What you need to be successful:
* Proven experience hiring exceptional engineers
* Strong sourcing skills and an eye for high-quality talent
* Confident communicator who can work directly with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple roles at once
* Comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to build from the ground up
The salary for this position is determined by several job-related factors, such as experience, relevant skills, training, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is £70,000 - £90,000, and the position also offers equity options.
