Protection insurance experience is desirable but not essential – full, industry-leading training will be provided upon induction, equipping you with all the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed in the role.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 10–15 insurance advisers.
* Managing advisers who specialise in providing clients with expert advice on Life Cover, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
* Driving performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. You'll have your own personal target to take care of, as well as driving your team forward to achieve theirs too.
* Leading by example - actively involved in generating and converting business opportunities.
* Coaching and supporting advisers to reach their full potential by holding weekly and monthly performance reviews.
* Reporting on performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What we're looking for:
* Proven management experience leading sales teams of 10–15 people.
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* A hands-on leader who leads by example.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
* Financial sector experience and working in a regulated environment is a strong advantage.
