Location: Diageo 1HQ, 16 Great Marlborough St, London W1F 7HS
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 07:00 – 19:00)
Hourly Rate: £14.60
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 months)
Join Sodexo as an AV Assistant at our prestigious Diageo 1HQ site in London and be part of a team that delivers exceptional events and AV support. In this client-facing role, you'll ensure a seamless user experience across office and meeting spaces, providing expert technical support for events and video conferencing solutions.
What you'll do:
* Provide day-to-day AV support across the site, including setup and troubleshooting
* Support meeting room technology and ensure smooth video conferencing functionality
* Deliver technical assistance for internal and external events
* Monitor AV equipment, resolve issues quickly, and liaise with third-party support where necessary
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior stakeholders to ensure a first-class client experience
* Maintain an organised and professional AV service aligned with Sodexo standards
What you bring:
* Proven experience in AV services, including setup and operation of AV systems, video conferencing, and event support
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
* Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Relevant qualifications in Audio Visual technology
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
