KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a PVG Chef for our client based in Glasgow.
As a PVG Chef your working hours and days are:
* Monday- Friday
* 07:00- 15:30
The rate of pay as a PVG Chef is:
* Monday- Friday £16.00 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a PVG Chef are:
* Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods
* Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes
* Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap
* Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
* Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment
* Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant’s opening
* Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
* Cooking a specific portion of each plated food
The ideal candidate for a PVG Chef would need:
* PVG/DBS
* Food Hygiene Level 2
* Allergy Certificate
