WHAT WE DO We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU This role is about combining existing skills with training provided by our experienced GFX team to help support the localisation and reversioning of content for international distribution, with focus on delivering motion graphics to brief and working collaboratively within the team to ensure the best possible execution. Your role and responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business, but will include: Produce 2D and 3D motion design, delivering to a professional standard Produce TV spot cutdowns, social media and promo content Ensuring work is delivered to deadline Take initiative in the allocation and scheduling of work Work alongside the wider team to produce creative concepts for a wide range of promotional media Remain flexible to assimilate new instructions and apply the knowledge in the future Remain focused and methodical in your approach even when working under pressure to meet delivery deadlines Collaborate with your colleagues to form strong and helpful working relationships Be proactive in helping to ensure the team deliver, stepping forward to go the extra mile when workload is high Demonstrate good problem-solving ability to complete work independently Takes responsibility for your own learning and development by challenging yourself to learn new workflows and processes Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 5:30pm - 02:00am Requirements We create an ‘ideal’ candidate profile for every role to help with career expectations and progression. Solid knowledge of Adobe After Effects (1 to 2 years of experience) Solid understanding of the wider Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder Confident rotoscoping and camera motion tracking skills Interested in and experienced with plugins such as Red Giant, Video Copilot, BorisFX (Sapphire, Continuum) Capable of synchronising GFX with audio Experience in 3D typography with Cinema 4D or After Effects tools and plugins, such as Element 3D An interest in creating social spots Capable of turning around multiple assets quickly on a daily basis Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure quality control on delivery
