What We’re Looking For
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Medical Lead to oversee our services in Gloucestershire, Cheshire West and Chester portfolio. You will provide visible, effective leadership to the multidisciplinary team in these services, working collaboratively to provide safe, evidence‑based and compassionate care. This role enables you to play a key role within the senior clinical team in developing the specialist substance use clinical treatment offer across Via services.
As medical lead you will be joining a vibrant body of clinicians across Via’s wider national workforce, with regular meetings for peer support, case discussion and CPD.
This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more. We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
