Cluster Sales Manager – Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin, Cheltenham

Due to a well deserved internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Regency Cheltenham. As Cluster Sales Manager across both hotels, you will drive the Hotel Commercial Action Plans. Reporting into the Regional Director of Sales and the Cluster General Manager, you will ensure that both brands are represented in the local market and national arena whilst actively looking for new opportunities and cross selling all hotels within Mal / HdV.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the enquiry process and drive the sales pipeline in all segments of the business from corporate groups to Food and Beverage activations, working closely with our meetings events team and the wider commercial teams across the estate.
* Head up our new sales incentive programme for your hotel teams, working to ensure a sales culture is alive in the business and that communication within the departments and across the two hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency.
* Develop strong relationships with key clients and guests within the hotels.
* Self‑starter – organised and able to prioritise actions whilst managing tasks through to completion.
* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written, and confidence presenting to senior decision‑makers in other businesses.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
* Working knowledge of the hotel industry.
