Are you a Van Driver looking for an ongoing position? Within this position, you’ll be responsible for delivering large appliances across the UK, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process. This is a physically demanding position, so you must be comfortable with this.
You will drive a 3.5 Tonne low loader van, working with a second driver to share the driving and delivery tasks.
Using a shoulder dolly, you’ll assist with lifting and delivering heavy items like cookers, fridge freezers, TVs, and more. You’ll work together with your partner to safely offload the goods, with the shoulder dolly technique helping to reduce strain.
With this being a customer-facing role, you’ll be delivering appliances directly into customers’ homes. A key part of the job is providing excellent customer service, being friendly, professional, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
