Responsibilities
* Providing a high-quality service across sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Managing complex files and/or high-net-worth client work
* Delivering against fee income targets and maintaining accurate time recording
* Ensuring compliance with the monthly fee earner certificate process
* Keeping up to date with legal, regulatory, and market developments
What we are looking for
* Strong legal knowledge with in-depth technical residential conveyancing experience
* The confidence and ability to handle complex matters independently
* A commitment to outstanding client care, delivered in a personable and accessible way
* Experience supervising or supporting less-qualified team members
* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to meet fee targets and maintain excellent realisation rates
