About The Role: Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off and then 3 nights on, 3 nights off. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: To manage the operational activities of the Aviation PRM Team To assist in maintaining staff discipline, including disciplinary issues and conformance with OCS Company and Local Airport Authority regulations, including uniform standards and H & S regulations To ensure all equipment & vehicles are maintained in proper working order To complete reports as and when required and maintain a handover/log To monitor the deployment of staff to ensure best possible utilisation of labour against daily demand for assistance, in line with forecast To identify the training requirements of Movement Controllers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Drivers, Customer Care Agents, Temporary / Casual staff to ensure they can take full responsibility for their areas of work and are fully conversant with the Safe Systems of Work To ensure training records are fully and accurately kept either by yourself, a Trainer, or designated persons To ensure the work and relevant documentation is completed in such a manner as to enable accurate charging to be made at all times Regularly walk the job to evaluate workplace atmosphere and operational performance Hold appraisal meetings and ensure all staff receive relevant training and performance development.
