The Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the welfare and care of each child while providing guidance to the care team.
5. Lead and support the care team during shifts
6. Ensure all tasks and activities are completed effectively
7. Conduct shift health and safety checks
8. Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts
9. Shadow the Deputy/Registered Manager to enhance leadership skills
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Support Worker role will have:
10. Experience as a strong Support Worker, preferably in a senior position
11. Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce
12. Ability to lead and support a team effectively
13. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
14. Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
