This role will be located within our eSolutions Team at Egham, working with our Sales, Operational & Contract Logistics Teams to manage daily eSolutions service requirements. This role requires a good understanding of the E-Commerce industry and marketplace. This role will report directly to the eSolutions Product Manager
Duties include but not limited to:
* Supporting the eSolutions Product Manager with organising the team’s daily workload
* Proofing the wider teams work for accuracy and compliance
* Working closely with eSolutions Product Manager to ensure we are offering best in class Operational services
* Act as cover for eSolutions Product Manager when required
* Work with the Centiro team to develop & test additional system function & features
* Create SOP’s / Training Manuals covering all area’s
* Work with our Sales & Contract teams to ensure Product offering in line with customer expectations
* Streamline and enhance current Products & services offered
* Create SOP’s
* Develop relationships with existing suppliers to ensure services offered in-line with expectations
* Carrier Invoice reconcile (System Centiro)
* Escalate issues / Claims
* Onboard new customers
* Beta testing where necessary
* Creating outbound/inbound consignments
* Following up missing parcels
* Following up claims · Oversee the teams’ day to day functions
* Escalate issues to eSolutions Product Manager when required
* Invoicing
* Quotes for Sales for new business
* Quotes for general courier work
Skills and experience required:
* Experienced in MS Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven history of providing exceptional Customer Service
* Organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage workload
