Administrator Southend | Interim | 6-month contract £15 - £19 a hour We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to support our client and their team on a 6-month interim basis. This role is primarily supporting contract administration and day-to-day oversight of contractor performance. The Role As Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring contractor activity is accurately monitored and recorded. You’ll: * Oversee and support the administration of contractor contracts. * Review daily works in progress, checking what has been completed and identifying reasons for non-delivery. * Produce clear reports and updates for managers. * Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date. * Manage your own workload confidently and work with minimal supervision. * Ensure accurate, timely communication with internal teams and external contractors. About You You’ll bring strong administrative experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also have: * Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail (ATD). * Reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness. * Confidence handling contractor information and daily operational data. * Good communication and reporting skills. * The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively.
