We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. If you're passionate about early childhood development and love helping children learn through play, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times
About You
You will ideally have:
* A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, patient, and positive attitude
