The Role As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and increasing the property portfolio, conducting property appraisals and viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing the full tenancy progression process. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and applicants, ensuring a smooth and professional lettings experience.
